• TINY/MINI AGE GROUP (ATHLETES BORN BETWEEN 2018-2022): MAY 7TH, 12TH, AND 14TH FROM 4-5PM. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, UP TO LEVEL 2- CARTWHEELS, FRONT/BACK-WALKOVERS, BACK HANDSPRINGS.
• YOUTH/JUNIOR/SENIOR (ATHLETES BORN BETWEEN 2006-2013) LEVEL 1,2 & 3: MAY 7TH,12TH, AND 14TH FROM 5-7PM.  CARTWHEELS, FRONT WALKOVERS, BACK WALKOVERS, BACK HANDSPRINGS, ROUND OFF BACK HANDSPRING TUCK.
• YOUTH/JUNIOR/SENIOR/OPEN (ATHLETES BORN IN 2013 and UP) LEVEL 4,5 & 6: MAY 8TH, 13TH & 15TH FROM 7-9PM. ROUND OFF BACK HANDSPRING LAYOUT, WHIPS, ROUND OFF BACK HANDSPRING FULL/DOUBLE FULL.

*WE ARE SEPARATING TRYOUTS BY AGE INSTEAD OF BY LEVEL THIS SEASON- WE UNDERSTAND MANY AGES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR MULTIPLE AGE CATEGORIES, BUT YOU WILL COME WITH THE YOUNGEST GROUP YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO TRYOUT FOR- THIS IS TO HELP US COACHES CREATE THE MOST SUCESSFUL TEAMS.
• TINY AGE ATHLETES (ATHLETES BORN BETWEEN 2018-2022) ALL LEVELS: 9AM-9:30M
• MINI AGE ATHLETES (ATHLETES BORN BETWEEN 2016-2019) ALL LEVELS: 9:30AM-10AM
• YOUTH AGE ATHLETES (ATHLETES BORN BETWEEN 2013-2018) ALL LEVELS: 10AM-11:30AM
• JUNIOR AGE ATHLETES (ATHLETES BORN 2010-2017) ALL LEVELS: 11:30-1PM
• SENIOR AND OPEN AGE ATHLETES (ATHLETES BORN JUNE 1, 2006, AND UP): 1PM-2:30PM

REQUIRED ITEMS TO BRING TO WORKSHOPS OR TRY OUTS:
• New Athletes will need to pay our $65 annual registration fee.
• $180.00 for Workshops and May tuition.  PLEASE ATTEND AS MANY WORKSHOPS AS YOU CAN PRIOR TO TRYOUTS
• All Athletes will need to purchase our Summer Practice Wear.  Cost $105.00
• All Athletes will need to fill out our registration, new medical release waiver and our parent contract. Links attached...

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH LEVEL:

Level 1 PREP/NOVIC: WE WILL ASK TO SEE 2 STANDING PASSES AND 2 RUNNING PASSES- ALONG WITH JUMPS.  THIS IS A PERFECT TEAM FOR BEGINNING ATHLETES.  WE DO NOT EXECT TO HAVE TUMBLING.  THIS IS A TEACHING LEVEL.
Level 1 ELITE: WE WILL ASK TO SEE 2 STANDING PASSES AND 2 RUNNING PASSES- ALONG WITH JUMPS
Elite tumbling Skill Requirements: Valdez, Back walkover, Back walkover switch leg, Cartwheel back walkover, and front walkover cartwheel.
Stunting Requirements:  No experience needed- We ask if your athlete wants to be considered as a flyer they have both side splits, and basic knowledge of a heel stretch.

Level 2: WE WILL ASK TO SEE 2 STANDING PASSES AND 2 RUNNING PASSES- ALONG WITH JUMPS
Elite tumbling Requirements:  Back walkover back handspring, switch legs back walkover back handspring, round off back handspring x2 , front bounder, front walkover roundoff back handspring.
Stunting Requirements:  Stunting experience is recommended- we expect athletes to able to Base, Back-spot or Fly 2 footed extended stunts, and 1 footed prep level stunts.  All Flyers must have right, and left heel stretch, straight leg scale, and a kick up scorpion… if a flyer does not have the flexibility or unable to execute level appropriate skills, she may not be considered for a flying position on a level 2 team.

Level 3: WE WILL ASK TO SEE 2 STANDING PASSES AND 2 RUNNING PASSES- ALONG WITH JUMPS
Elite tumbling Requirements:  Back handspring step out back handspring x2, back walkover back handspring x2, standing bhs x3, front walkover ariel, roundoff back handspring tuck, front punch
Stunting Requirements:  Stunting experience is required- we expect athletes to able to Base, Back-spot or Fly extended one leg stunts, and be comfortable with ticking and spinning skills at prep level. Flyers must have right, and left heel stretch, straight leg scale, and a kick up scorpion… if a flyer does not have the flexibility or unable to execute level appropriate skills, she may not be considered for a flying position on a level 3 team.


Level 4: WE WILL ASK TO SEE 2 STANDING PASSES AND 2 RUNNING PASSES- ALONG WITH JUMPS
Elite tumbling Requirements:  Standing back handspring tuck, toe touch back handspring tuck, back handspring step out tuck, round off back handspring layout, round off whip tuck, punch front round off back handspring layout.
Stunting Requirements:  Stunting experience is required- we expect athletes to be able to Base, Back-spot or Fly extended one leg stunts, do a prep level double down, and be comfortable with inversions, and spinning skills to extended level and full twisting ticks at prep level. Flyers must have right, and left heel stretch, a straight leg scale, and a kick up scorpion… if a flyer does not have the flexibility or unable to execute level appropriate skills, she may not be considered for a flying position on a level 4 team.

Level 5: WE WILL ASK TO SEE 2 STANDING PASSES AND 2 RUNNING PASSES- ALONG WITH JUMPS
Elite tumbling Requirements:  Standing back handspring layout, toe touch back tuck, standing back handspring whip tuck, round off back handspring full, any specialty pass through to a full.
Stunting Requirements:  Stunting experience is required- we expect athletes to be able to Base, Back-spot or Fly extended one leg stunts, and be comfortable with inversions, ticking and spinning skills to extended 1 leg stunts, along with a double down from extended 1 leg stunt. Flyers must have right, and left heel stretch, a straight leg scale, and a kick up scorpion… if a flyer does not have the flexibility or unable to execute level appropriate skills, she may not be considered for a flying position on a level 5 team.

Level 6: WE WILL ASK TO SEE 2 STANDING PASSES AND 2 RUNNING PASSES- ALONG WITH JUMPS
Elite tumbling Requirements:  Standing  back handspring  full, standing full, standing  back handsprings through to whip full or double, round off back handspring double, any specialty pass through to a full or double
Stunting Requirements:  Stunting experience is required- we expect athletes to be able to Base, Back-spot or Fly extended one leg stunts, and be comfortable with inversions, ticking and spinning skills to extended 1 leg stunts, along with a kick double dismount from extended 1 leg stunt. Flyers must have right, and left heel stretch, a straight leg scale, and a kick up scorpion… if a flyer does not have the flexibility or unable to execute level appropriate skills, she may not be considered for a flying position on a level 6 team.
